Leaders

MCF is led by the senior leadership team – Nick and Erica, Andy and Ange – which has responsibility for the vision and values of the church, leadership, government, teaching and pastoral care.
They are also part of the Oversight Team which includes Jamesetta and Steve; this team has responsiblity for managing the church’s programme and ministry.
