Leaders

MCF is led by a senior leadership team: Nick Lugg, who works full-time for the church, together with his wife Erica, Andy & Ange Hollingum and Roland Panek. Together they are responsible for leading the church, setting it’s vision and values. They are supported by a large group of leaders who look after the variety of groups involved in different aspects of church life.
